Product Description

Coal dust – is processed from high quality washed coal crudes and is the South African foundry industry standard. Features such as high volatiles, low ash and low sulphur within well controlled limits provide benefits when casting medium to large items.

Pelbond – is a Sodium Activated Bentonite, which finds application in high temperature binding applications. Careful mining at our unique Koppies deposit ensures mineralogical purity and a high cation exchange capacity, of direct benefit to foundry processes.

Coal dust / Bentonite Blend – contains 20 – 25% Bentonite as a fire retardant to meet international
safety standards.
